The Credential Built for Administrative Professionals.

Introduction to CAP

The Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is the premier credential designed exclusively for the administrative professional. Earning your CAP signals to the world — and to yourself — that you are serious about your career, that your knowledge is current, and that you’re committed to continued growth long after the classroom is behind you.

Unlike a traditional academic degree, the CAP is grounded in real-world applicable knowledge and tested against the skills you actually use on the job. It doesn’t just prove what you’ve learned — it proves you can do the work.

What Makes CAP Different

Built specifically for administrative professionals — not a generic business credential

Follows credentialing and accreditation best practices
